Peter is a Director in our Corporate Finance team. He has over 30 years experience in ASX listed companies and financial consulting in Adelaide, Melbourne and London.
As CFO and Director for a number of ASX listed groups Peter’s focus has been on improving business performance through identifying new markets, improving margins and controlling capital effectively.
He has managed strategic planning and business development activities including identifying acquisition and merger opportunities for Boards, ensuring that substantial value was created as a result.
Peter is experienced in raising equity which has included liaising with markets, brokers, lawyers, underwriters, fund managers, analysts and ratings agencies. This work has also led to Peter undertaking road shows and investor briefings.
Through his supervision of corporate governance and risk management for a number of ASX listed companies, Peter has attended Board meetings and AGMs, managed Board Audit and Risk Committees and chaired Executive Risk Management Committees.
Peter has also managed treasury and hedging functions, including the placement and renewal of substantial syndicated debt facilities with both domestic and foreign banks. This work included presenting financier road shows.
