Graeme Rodda is an experienced and respected auditor and business advisor, who heads up mhm’s Audit and Assurance services.
Graeme has undertaken audit assignments for large public companies and public company subsidiaries, as well as private companies, superannuation funds, government-funded projects, research and development grants and trust accounts.
He specialises in providing consulting, business and taxation advisory services to small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and Not-For-Profit (NFP) entities, assisting clients in these sectors to manage complex taxation issues, particularly relating to salary packaging and the GST. Recognised as a leader in this field, Graeme has been seconded by various NFPs to advise on complex taxation issues, and has conducted education programs for this sector.
A member of the Audit Advisory Board which reports to the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants Board, Graeme plays a key role in advising the Institute on technical and policy matters relating to all aspects of accounting, including audit and assurance.
