  • Undertaken financial assessments for numerous residential and mixed use property developments and provided relevant economic and market analysis for a number of clients including a large government business enterprise, a large government department and various national and locally based property developers
  • Undertaken financial pre-feasibility and detailed feasibility studies and associated financial modelling for a $1 billion, 15 year urban renewal and Greenfield residential development project for a large government business enterprise
  • Provided senior financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting and preparation of a monthly finance pack and board papers for a large private building company
  • Managed the raising of $25 million in debt to fund building construction for a large medical centre developer. Provided tax advice on structure, obtaining best outcomes, implemented cost control systems and managed the interaction of quantity surveyors on the project
  • Advised a private developer on a large property development, including advice on the project’s feasibility and tax advice on capital gains tax, stamp duty and GST
